Vitaly Caffe - Costa Mesa

Great food, but service could use some improvement. I came and I was told that I could sit somewhere and a waiter came to help me a little. I waited about 15 minutes before the waiter came with only the menus, which would not be a problem if it was busy, but there were only two other people who were before me and seemed like they were waiting for a while. The salad was great! It reminds me of a salad I had in Italy, San Diego. The pasta was also good, it was a bit hard, but had good taste. 8/10 would return.

After a long flight. We were fading Indiana. Pretzels? do not meet real nutritional needs. We had great expectations with bad results in our first and probably last culinary experience at Vitaly?s. The other online reviews had made us believe we got a five star? Eat. Unfortunately, we did not agree with the other reviewers. Her chicken soup is what brought us in, but it was a muddy purée instead of a warm delicious creation. The squash soup was also groundy and let us ask what happened! No clothes, spices or attempts to make a positive impression. The only bright part of our meal was the Grizzly salad? complete with smoked salmon, greens, tomatoes? and sliced avocados? Unfortunately there were no dressings offered (except the bottles oily on the table). Apparently they have known some delicious pasta and also for their gelato. But we didn't choose any of these choices. The staff was initially inconspicuous and not reactive. We have made them take our order after about 10 minutes. Not sure we should know. I would recommend that they focus on improving their quality of preparation and presentation. Until then, I would suggest tasting other restaurants.

This place is original, in Italian and there is no comparison to its pastas, raviolis are also dope. Rebeca was our server, very professional. I definitely recommend Vitaly

AMAZING! We had a waitress who was absolutely fantastic. She could pronounce everything perfectly. I actually mistook her for the manager because she was that great. I had the special of squid ink pasta. Do not be afraid, it was unbelievably amazing! I also had several samples of gelato. 10/10. I will be going back.
