The chicken apple apricot sausage is outstanding—it's incredibly moist with subtle spices and a delicate texture, unlike the tough and chewy sausages I've had elsewhere. The Belgian fries are also quite satisfying, served in generous portions. Our only disappointment, which is why I'm giving this review four stars instead of five, was the mango quinoa salad. It contained too much red paprika, as usual. The delicate flavors of the quinoa, mango, cucumber, onion, salad greens, and avocado were overwhelmed by the heat of the red pepper, which felt unnecessary. Next time, we'll request that the red pepper be omitted, and I'm sure the salad will be as exceptional as its ingredients suggest.
