This is the best burger place I can remember! 1) Very friendly and HUMANE waiters 2) interesting interior design 3) DELICIOUS burgers and fries.
Umami Burger is my favorite burger chain, hands down! I had dinner here on Sunday around 8PM and it was wonderful.
Summary: had the signature Umami Burger (named after store) today, sweet almost bbq like sauce along with the really hard grilled cheese in the middle
Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.
We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved...
