Bidrage med feedbackThe ingredients are sourced directly from Japan, and the chicken here is absolutely amazing. It's as authentic as you can find in the United States.
I often sample Karaage chicken at various Japanese restaurants, but this place serves the best I've ever had. The crunch and tenderness are just perfect. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant. I haven’t explored the rest of the menu yet, but if you're a fan of Japanese fried chicken, this is definitely the spot to visit. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free.
In terms of taste, the chicken is greasy and lacks flavor. I've had authentic Karaage, and this doesn't compare at all. As someone who needs to eat gluten-free, finding a restaurant that claims to offer gluten-free options is a blessing. However, in this case, it turned out to be a false promise. The staff seems completely unaware of what contains gluten. While the chicken, steamed veggies, and rice are indeed gluten-free, that's about it. The sauces and sides all contain gluten—nothing else is safe to eat. The menu is incredibly confusing, and I struggled to understand it. To make matters worse, the next three customers that came in looked just as puzzled. I honestly have no idea how this place stays in business. Perhaps it's due to fake reviews—who knows?
The place is clean that’s good. The food is so so. I ordered miso soup there were only 2 pieces of tofu and no wakame at all.The crunch roll and california roll are also so so.Wouldn’t return again.
They said teriyaki plate came veggies and chicken. I opened the box and there was 1 branch of broccoli ? and a couple slices of carrots ? hardly any veggies at all. Not worth the $16+ dollars.
