Le Shrimp Noodle - Costa Mesa

The cold ramen was not consistent to the other time we visited. It had a very strong vinegar taste. Otherwise everything else we ordered was great!

The shrimp noodle soup was a bit much for me. It felt like I was eating the essence of the ocean, as if the shrimp was still in the sea as it entered my mouth.

The wait wasn't too bad, and the food was really excellent! I've visited more than once.

The noodle dish had a fantastic texture, and the shrimp broth was incredibly flavorful, with large shrimp and a delightful crunch from the fried items. They offer great deals if you want to add a side and a drink. Overall, we enjoyed everything. However, the garlic chicken wings were a bit too saucy for our taste, which made them a little soggy by the end of the meal. That said, if you eat them right when they come out, they are wonderfully crispy!
