Bidrage med feedbackGreat culinary experience. they have extensive menu and their foods reasonably expensive. service is awarded in the rule. it is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in oc.
Really disappointed by my dinner experience at the costa mesa location. my refined beans were burned, chicken enchiladas were not boiled with any cheese on them, chips were mixed with stalking, salsa had a strange taste and my rice floated in overcrowded sauce. I really like the device, so I was very surprised to get very bad service! we sat on a dirty table and had no more confirmation than expected. we also sat at the loud branch. I am an honest person and would like to tell them they have taken my meal from my tab, but that should not happen! I never really ate and ended up eating with a stomachache. that was originally a $50 drop. I have tipped our server, but I will never go back! incapable of trusting your service! we were good customers. we went quiet and left calm. never caused any scenes or disregard to the personal. sad!
Being from florida its hard to find a good Mexican restaurant. This a good one! Loved the food employees are super funny. Next time i come here it will be my first stop.
Avila's is extremely busy on a Friday night, but we only had to wait about 5 to 8 minutes for seating for party of three. Our food was delicious. I had Chicken Mole Enchiladas, which I enjoyed tremendously. My brother had the carnitas and he said was tender and flavorful. His wife ordered a burrito but perhaps due to some confusion she ended up with the appetizer sampler, which she said was great nonetheless.
There are so many Mexican restaurants in Costa Mesa, but this place is in my top 5. The salsa and guacamole is always fresh! I come here for the Mole, which is the perfect sauce to go on top of chicken. Generous portions and great service.
