Bidrage med feedbackThe food here is as good as any subway, but service needs improvement. There was only one person servicing all the customers, I think maybe one other employee in the back. But in other subways there are usually two people up front, to help keep up with customers at times when the line grows, or one will ring up orders while the other bakes sandwiches etc. I could tell this lady was stressed and overloaded trying to keep up with it all on her own.
The guy who's working right now didn't add the cheese I asked for. He said the avocado was not good so he couldn't add it but I saw 8 avocados on the tray. Wow. Just the worst
Placed my order via the Subway App for pick up. After shopping I punched in the address for this location in Waze and it took me towards the Tilly's. Wrong area. I punched the address in to Google Maps. Wrong it took me out of the plaza. I gave up and called the store. They are located across from the DSW and right next to the theater in the plaza. I got there late and my order was not ready. Took another 7 8 minutes. Employee wasn't very friendly and did not apologize that my order was a tad late. Food was ok, no issues there.
This review is more about the lack of online ordering and paying via the Subway app for this location. I work across the street and only get a half hour for lunch, therefore pre-ordering food is kind of necessary. I have tried to order, pay via the app, but have yet to successfully place an order.If payment types are not supported, why not allow online ordering and the option to pay when you pickup?
Had to cancel order in the middle of preparation because of poor employee hygiene practices. She was touching ingredients and stopping to touch cashier register among other surfaces. Poor training and management.
