Finally after these two years of pandemic we returned to the restaurant U Pastu, and I can say that nothing has changed indeed there was a renewal and a revisitation of traditional dishes in a very positive way. As usual the food is abundant and generous portions, well-kept service and anti-vid norms respected in the letter. Good. the price always very good for what they propose.
Now for many years we go when we want to spend a Sunday in the mountains in this restaurant “I don’t call it a trattoria because I would sminuirei” the place is very clean and well-kept, the kitchen to say very little good, to make the idea is not the usual trattoria of Sundays at lunch that you can eat pizzas and kilos of pasta to make you the typical dish, here the portions are not small and not exaggerated U Pastu I would place it in the first place of restaurants in the hinterland of Imperia and not only for quality of food for service cleaning and honesty of the account. Very recommended.
We were there for the first time, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. I had heard about it well from friends and acquaintances. Classic farm/restaurant old way where you really go out satiated and eat all different products and homemade. I counted nine appetizers, three first and three seconds. Everything really very good and varied. Cosy environment and friendly and sparkling owner. In fact, it was all full. Recommended definitely
We stayed Saturday 6 February in this small but cozy farm, fantastic starters, about ten and one more good than the other makes history the meat of their production and their cheeses... Top ricotta! First and very tasty: risotto with speak radicchio and nuts delicious, black polenta with fondue of their cheese of sheep, stupendous, ravioli oil and thyme that leave you speechless! Seconds with rooasbeef of their production, lamb breaded, which also deserves that the journey, and snails cooked divinely! Good sweets, too! High price ratio, recommended we will definitely return!
