Seemed like there was not enough staff to maintain a steady speed for the drive thru

Was in the other morning the manager was so high on drugs he couldn't even stand straight blaring crazy screamy music I'm from a bigger city and even the businesses there have respect for themselves.The food was terrible the service was terrible I love arbys but will never stop again when visiting

Every time i come is slow but this last time It took 27 minutes from the time I walked in till I left with my food. That's absurd.

Husband waited 25 min in drive through for his food he won't be back

My fish sandwich was Luke warm. Otherwise it's a great place to eat. I'll return and tell them to make sure my food is hot.
