Tsiboom - Cosenza

Giving five stars to in this restaurant because this was the first ever restaurant I was really full. Their meal was absolutely good. Though, food is served 15 to 20 minutes so if you’re really hungry this wouldn’t be the place for you. But if you want to good authentic Filipino cuisine, and if you are also willing to wait, then this place is worthwhile. I really had a good experiences here in this restaurant and their employees are also very friendly.

We came here because the one who manages this restaurant told us to try. I would compare Tsiboom with Gerry 's Grill or Maribago. The food is ok, but not 'outstanding ' or something you can 't get somewhere else (example Speciality of Gerry 's Grill: Grill squid) . You can sit outside too. My positive critic is the garnish of the food. It looks cheap like in Casa Verde. I don 't expect from Chowking or other fastfood restaurants, but for price above 700p for 2 I expect it. No need spend much money to garnish food. Can learn this from the Japanese how they present the food. I 'm comparing restaurants with same 'catagories ', not comparing Volkswagen with Mercedes or Toyota Wigo with Lexus

TSIBOOM is frequently the choice for dinner by our family when we go to Parkmall. Love the food. My parents are especially fanatic of their Utan Bisaya and btw, the rice is unlimited. And prices are affordable too! The photo below was a picture of my most favorite dish in the restaurant, however, on our successive dining experiences, the Taste CHANGED especially the sauce. What could have went wrong? New chef perhaps? Anyway it still tasted acceptable but the first one I have tried was perfect, I even rated it 10 before in my first review of Tsiboom in my blog.
