University Hero - Corvallis

Came here for the first time two days in a row. First day they forgot the cream cheese on our veggie sandwich. Second day, they forgot the cream cheese again and didn't put the additional toppings on our sandwich. Also the customer service on the second day was pretty sad. The person taking our order looked very upset to be there and generally not responsive. It was just kinda awkward. Really tasty sandwiches though! A Corvallis staple. If you like hoagies, you'll appreciate the offerings (veggie add bacon on onion bread for me).

Ordered food and was shocked that I immediately heard a microwave start up. Who wants to pay for microwaved anything..? Not me.

The only thing that kept it from being a 10 (on a scale from 1—5) was that my wife's bread got a little soggy by the end… But probably only because there was so many delicious fresh content!! Gr8 OSU Beavers memorabilia hanging decorations — YaY

Generally, I really enjoy the subs here. Every time I’ve had them they’ve been very tasty and even the small subs are huge. This evening I ordered a Ruben and was really disappointed. The pastrami seemed more like ham (was it actually just ham? and the bread was so soggy it was like eating uncooked dough. I couldn’t get through more than a few bites. In the future I think I’ll just stick to the cold sandwiches, but it would be really awesome if you could make some improvements to the Ruben. Ry … – show
