Bidrage med feedbackWaited a long time in drive through line. They were out of double chocolate donuts. I ordered a chocolate glaze instead and a small coffee with cream. I waited a long time at the second window for them to get my donut and coffee. I watched while theymade fancy large drinks. Finally, a girl came to the window. She thought I had ordered something else. When I told her myorder, she handed me the coffee, which had been waiting there all along. I drove off. The coffee had no cream in it. Nocream container was in the bag. The donut was good, though not as good as the double chocolate. I couldn't drink the coffee. What stands out the most is the extremely slow service. It was about 3:30 PM
I was handed a coffee with the cap opened and as it was handed to me spilled on my hand. a hot coffee. The lid was also not on all the way and spilled all over my cup holder. I got to work to find that my bagel that was supposed to be 'toasted dark ' looksas if it were just pulled out of the bag. If this is even considered 'toasted ' I would be surprised. The staff at the window wassuper nice and pleasant, but the presentation of the product was poor.
Update: A buddy of mine brought me cream-filled maple frosted donuts and there was almost NO cream inside. It was an absurdly small amount, like you'd have to almost intentionally and maliciously include the amount that was there. I wish I had taken a picture...Original Post:Uber Eats delivery wasn't ready when I arrived or packaged yet. Items were just laying on the counter separately. Please have things ready to go!
Absolutely terrible service at the checkout counter i’ve never experienced the customer service at any dunkin as i did this morning the lady taking my orders name was arianna and she has one of the worst attitudes i’ve ever seen she was very impatient and she continued to roll her eyes at us while we were placing our order then she was talking about us to her other coworkers if you have a problem taking peoples orders you shouldn’t be working in customer service that simple she did not need to act the way she did and it wasn’t just towards us either she was rude to the gentleman infront of us as well i doubt this is the first time she’s acted this way in her place of work and it probably won’t be the last that is not the type of person you want working at your store interacting with your customers
Long line but moves fast. Lady at the speaker is always super polite. Never an issue with my order.
