Cortland Starbucks

I used to be a fan of Starbucks, but I no longer go there unless I have a gift card or they are running a promotion. The prices are just too high. I recently tried Dunkin' Donuts and even though the coffee may not be as "luxurious," it tastes much better to me because I only paid $4 instead of $8 at Starbucks. This particular Starbucks location was nice and clean, with friendly staff working as quickly as they could.

I really enjoy the well-crafted drinks at this restaurant, but some of the staff members have unpleasant attitudes and lack good communication skills. During my recent visit, an older lady in the drive-thru barely spoke to me and rudely shoved the card reader in my face, pressuring me to leave a tip.

The staff at this restaurant are truly amazing. Whether there is a long line of 20 people or I am the only customer, my drink is always prepared perfectly and the employees are always incredibly friendly.

A girl was super disrespectful towards me.. didn’t ask me what size. Wasn’t talkative at all no communication.

So rude! Sighing while taking my order like it was a inconvenience that I asked about the drinks because I have only drank the same drink for years so I was trying to find a different kind. Awful customer service !
