Restaurant to visit. All perfect, service treated in detail, dishes processed with an excellent presentation. Wine cellar valid with prices in the norm. Final ice cream to taste absolutely.

During a day on the Cortina ski slopes, I stopped for a breakfast in an elegant cabin near the chairlift. The area is fantastic, but the toilet has a design problem: the T-shaped tap creates an air too powerful, raising water and wetting those who just try to wash their hands. An important detail for a chic bathroom like this. For this reason, I can't give a perfect score, but I still recommend a visit. Vote:

Pie Tofana was always great for the atmosphere and had excellent if basic food. A year after taking it over Michel and his crew have really taken this restaurant to the top level in Cortina, beating the traditional holders of excellence in cuisine and service. Absolutely, worth a detour great food, great wine list, excellent advice.

We had the most delicious dinner on the recommendation of our hotel, including deer carpaccio, black risotto and porcini polenta. Excellent service with range of options on wine from value to money to the more indulgent. The tiny little details completed our experience home made bread and whipped butter plus other surprises. Be prepared for a drive up the mountain! A memorable meal.

Recommended by a friend, and we wouldn't have found it otherwise. It is at the top of a twisty-turny road that isn't for the faint-hearted! Reservations highly recommended. Give them a call and schedule your day around this meal! The menu is wonderful, including a special daily menu, and it is equal to the view. Service and presentation are extraordinary.
