Las Ristras Of Corrales

As from Florida, we wanted authentic new Mexican food. Man has exceeded our expectations. The most delicious enchiladas I've ever had. Great place. A little off the beaten path, but worth the ride. Great service too.

Las Ristras is an oasis of food! Our server, Ronda Rogers, supported us so well for some excellent culinary decisions. We thank her so much for the treatment of us like family and make us extra-city people feel as much as at home. Excellent food and ambience. Would be nice if salsa was included with Chips order.

Took my family here for Sunday breakfast. Was very disappointed. The breakfast menu was very limited and then found out they didn't have any green Chile and no beans! Most of the breakfast items are Mexican food, so without green Chile and beans can't order those. They did have their dinner menu available at 10:00am, but who wants heavy dinner items at that time? I did give the stars for the waiter, he was very apologetic and nice about everything. Might try it again, one nice thing is it's quiet, with not many people there.

Damn good hole in the wall place for authentic new Mexican cuisine! Every penny worth it. I'll be back!
