Whataburger - Corpus Christi

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at the drive-thru late at night. They informed me it would take 7 minutes because it needs to be made fresh. I agreed to the wait, and when I received it, it was nice and hot.

I was truly impressed by the customer service and atmosphere at this Whataburger that I actually called the manager on duty to commend him personally. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the customer service, and the overall ambiance all stood out to me. He was a young manager, and I just wanted to say, well done!

The salad was quite a generous portion, featuring a mix of fresh greens, including spring mix and lettuce. There were also several grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, and a sprinkle of cheese on top. At $4.99, it really is a good-sized salad. I took my time eating in the dining area, enjoying the staff's conversations. It made for a nice light meal that I would definitely order again in the future. This particular Whataburger was very clean and bright. The restroom was also well-maintained. While I was there, I overheard the manager giving instructions to the team, including scrubbing the kitchen walls, which showed that it’s a well-run and well-maintained establishment. I look forward to returning to this Whataburger soon.

This was one of the best Whataburger's I've been to. The staff worked hard especially Thomas who took our order. The restaurant was very clean and the food delivered quickly. The quality was also very good.

Went the night of August 8th for some dinner. Food was fresh and hot, had everything I needed like napkins and sauce on the side. Now let me tell you. I had the best customer service in this restaurant. I believe his name was Rhys, and omg he wasabsolutely amazing. He had the patience of an angel and just super professional. He definitely needs a raise!! Will definitelybe going back!
