Montana Mike's Steakhouse

First the appetizer was cold as if he sat well in the back. then several tables also complained about their food cold. bad service several people had to complain to the manager and price was very little to reduce. I happen several times and never had this bad service at this time I would not recommend. we should have stayed with the cold appetizer.

We were looking forward to enjoying Montana Mike's for a late lunch/early dinner, but were disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant being empty, a big, thin, unfriendly Hispanic girl was rude to us while we waited to be seated. We decided to go somewhere else to eat and ended up at Niko's Steakhouse instead. Maybe next time, Montana Mike's.

We had a terrible server named Sissy. She was very rude and had a strong smell of marijuana on her. I can't believe she works while under the influence. I'm not sure what their situation is, but they need to be more professional. It's not difficult to do. I won't be returning unless they improve the behavior of their staff.

I cannot express enough negative things about this restaurant! First off, the entrance is confusing, as it is located within an apartment complex. That's the only positive thing I can say! Things went downhill quickly once inside. I had to park at goodwill and walk to the restaurant. I do not recommend going during lunchtime. Despite there only being two other tables occupied, the hostess/waitress took our order and 40 minutes later we had to remind her about it. She claimed it was probably the burger taking so long. We asked for some to be boxed up and brought out quickly. Five long minutes later, she brought out our food boxed up (not what we meant) and without any utensils. Our food was cold, not even slightly warm! What a dreadful experience and waste of time.

If you don't like crowds and have an hour and a half to kill, this is the place to go. Less than 6 tables in use and it took forever to get waited on. And then wait and wait on our order. And wait and wait on the check. And wait and wait to pay out. And never got our drinks refilled. The food was ok. Pass on the chicken strips and go for the salmon. But the service; C'mon Mike, you can do better.
