La Jaivita Mariscos #2 - Corpus Christi

We waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order, and when we mentioned it to the waiter, they seemed completely indifferent. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

First and last time visiting this place.Poor service . Waited 45 minutes only to have another party take our table. The guy tending bar (who greeted us did not try to accommodate us when we asked for another table. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Ended up leaving . Went to DOC's , walked in and immediately got a table. SUPER lively and friendly environment!!!

The service was a bit slow, but the server was incredibly kind, and the wait was definitely worth it. The food was outstanding, and we will definitely be coming back.

The food was beyond amazing, and our server was on top of her game. I ate the Enchiladas Poblanas. I would drive back the 3 hrs just for them! Thank you to our server. She was still extremely friendly, despite us being there past closing time.Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely have wheelchair accessible parking, entrances, and seating. We learned on this trip that it is not necessarily a given in Corpus Christi.

For the freshest seafood Mariscos I will always visit La Jaivita #2. The flavor was incredible. I had the shrimp tostatda as an appetizer the aguaschiles got the main dish. Delicioso from start to finish! Also enjoyed a Michelada with a chamoy rim. Cold tasty!
