Cruzy's - Corpus Christi

I come often and always have a great experience! I love the different options of tacos available that you will not find anywhere else. Barbacoa dumplings are hands down my favorite item. The brunch is great too. The huevos rancheros were seriously good and so was the kimchi burger! You really can’t go wrong here! Staff is always friendly and provides great recommendations if you are not sure what to order!

Me and my sister were in the area for a convention, and decided to stop here for lunch since it was close and being from the DFW this seemed to match the vibe of some of our favorite food spots. we were so glad we stopped here. the waiter (i cannot remember his name for the life of me was the sweetest kid who was doing an amazing job. he was the only one on the floor and he was just doing an amazing job keeping up with everyone. my sister disclosed that i have a food allergy to corn before we ordered. we ordered and everything, they were out of a few meat options, but things happen so we werent too worried about it. we got the chips and queso and a quesadilla to share. the quesadilla came to the table, and my sister noticed that there was corn in the quesadilla. she immediately let them know that it had corn on it. the cook was so nice and apologized about it, and re made it for us. it would have been so easy for either of us to have been so upset about this happening and possibly ending with me in the hospital, but the fact that they were so nice and fixed it for us was what meant everything to me. even keeping a smile on y'alls faces when it was getting a bit hectic was everything. i would come back here if i'm ever back in town :

First time I had this it was great, not any more. Bad service, bad food, stinky, dirty bathrooms! Don't go!

My partner and I, US Army, were working in the local neighborhood looking for a place to eat when we came across Cruzy's, along with the good reviews from yelp. The menu is filled with great selections with its own special fusion of ingredients that compliment each choice. Just browsing thru the online menu is enough to make you crave whatever your in the mood for. The owner has years of experience in different cuisines that he loves sharing his passion and selections with those who enjoy a great taste in fusion. So if your in the local area be sure to stop in. You won't be disappointed.

I had a last minute party of about 15 and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. the waitress did inform us of an item that wasn’t available and I guess she saw the disappointment on my face when she said it, because later on she said the chefs hand made the item just for us. It was the sweetest gesture I’ve ever received at a restaurant. This was our first time there and we had a great experience. Give it a try!
