Burger King - Corpus Christi

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I have a severe allergy to American cheese, so when I noticed I was charged extra for it, I asked for my order to be remade without cheese. The cashier refused to refund the extra charge, claiming I had requested it, even though I never did. She argued with me despite me explaining my allergy. I overheard one of the drive thru employees insulting me after closing the window. When I asked for a refund for my entire order due to the poor treatment, I was denied any refund at all because it was late and I hadn't picked up my food for about 2 hours.

When I relocated here in 2015, I stopped going to this location after a few tries because it was the worst Burger King I had ever been to... it was always terrible. However, I decided to give it another chance today and it was fantastic! It reminded me of why Burger King used to be my favorite fast food option. Whoever was in charge before clearly didn't care at all.

This restaurant used to be good, but it has declined significantly even before the COVID pandemic. It is unclear how they manage to stay open, as there are hardly any customers and few cars in the parking lot whenever I pass by. They should consider replacing their toaster oven, as the hamburger buns are not properly toasted, causing them to fall apart when eating. I made the mistake of eating there again and wasted my money on a hamburger that had an untoasted bun with grease stains from the microwave.

We have gone here from time to time, seldom have we ever had an order made correct. You tell them no pickles and you get pickles, or whatever. Had about enough here. Have told this to Mgr. If he got it right he would get a gold star. At this time can not recommend.

I was surprised BK wasn't busier today. Fast accurate order, and you can't beat their coupons! Fries were fresh and crispy.
