Lucero is the worse employee I ever Encountered . Avoid this location and her service at all cost. I doubt that’s even her name . She didn’t have a name tag on and avoided any question I asked. Cold bagels and terrible attitude . .

Come here if you’ve got an hour or so before your flight at Santa Ana airport. Yeah it’s not “cheap” and Starbucks is next door but the food is good, the service is stellar and the vibe calms you down before or after your TSA trauma. Plenty of options, clean bathrooms, beware of parking time restrictions in the lot but it’s minutes away from the terminals. Don’t bother with the El Torito or airport food courts.Vegetarian options: Bagels aren’t made of meat.
