Waba Grill - Corona

I've been here several times a week for a few years, and I'll say that food is always very good. In recent months, however, they have significantly reduced the amount of meat and rice in shells, which is really disappointing. They also got the 2 combo bullets for $12 deal they used to have. I'm paying more for much less food. I'm going from now on to another place.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, the vast majority of my (county) reviews are 5 stars. At this point, however, I obviously did not deserve to go to Sauce that other orders are entitled. When I asked to go Sauce for my order, I was told to get my own sauce. Like it's not a big deal for me. It's just rude, I was in my lunch break and in a hurry. Waiting in the line to get sauce I should have been handed over was not appreciated. It leaves me with so many questions: was I discriminated? Why is this sauce here if I can't have it? Is that for special customers? Am I not good enough for your sauce to go for my order? Is that a simple training? Whatever it is, I really wished the service and the immediate surroundings of this restaurant were not so bad.

I have an order online at 3/9 at 12:50p for pickup at 1:15p. Got to this place at 1:20p and they had not received the order and I never got an email. All right, I order and pay for a new meal. Go home at 1:35 and start eating, scanning by emails and I see the order went at 1:30. I'll call the place and talk to the assistant manager. He asked if I wanted the order? No! He said he would cancel and refund the original order, should take about 48 hours. That never happened so I had to fight with my bank. I gave them time to do the right thing, and instead they prefer to rip me off. Stay away! Shady business practices

The service here has become terrible in the last six months. The woman who leads the register and answers the phone is completely rude. The last 6 times we ordered online by phone and personally it was the same. And our orders were wrong every six times. We really enjoy this restaurant, it is one of the few places where my family can agree, but I am really about the rude behavior.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered food the driver supposedly waited in his car for an hour never came to the door. Then they try to make me pay for another meal because the driver did his due diligence, the worst customer service ever! If that 's how the world actually worked nothing would get done... get educated!
