Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant does not update their menu on the app. It is risky to use the mobile order because you may not know if they are sold out of items. They also do not check the price difference for exchange items, so it is best to take your chances. It is a bonus if the replacement item is worth more, as you will not have to pay the difference. I may return in the future, but I will not be a regular customer at this particular location due to the lack of satisfactory customer service I experienced today.
I 've never had a bad visit at this store. Sure my orders can be delayed or prepared incorrectly, but I never received a poor response for a revised drink and I usually try to order ahead to prevent the stress of being in a hurry. The only real complaint (should you call it one) is that they rarely have any of the newer mugs in stock. I usually have to drive a ways away or to the grocery store Starbucks locations for a variety.
Always misplaces my mobile order that I place far in advance since they usually are extremely busy and I always end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my orders. I prefer to drive to other locations to avoid coming to this one that is less than half a mile from my house.
Whenever we are in the vicinity of Costco and Walmart, we make sure to stop by this Starbucks. Their drive-thru is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, they hardly ever run out of our favorite items.
I found the policy on refills for hot coffee at this restaurant to be a bit confusing. It wasn't clear whether refills were free or if there was a charge of either $0.50 or $0.80. I wasn't sure if the refills were free because I brought my own mug, or because I purchased a mug from the restaurant. Despite this confusion, I ultimately ended up with a paper cup for my refill. However, I must say that the coffee itself was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the company I was with.
