Food was terrible, chips were from a frozen bag type, over priced at £31 including a drink, no serviettes to begin with, plagued with small flies, won't be going there again ...

This is a great spot for breakfast the food is banging and the customer service is on par and the people are the nicest people you'll meet

Came here on a family holiday and had dinner here one evening. What a con. My wife pizza was clearly a Chicago town stuffed crust frozen pizza. You can get them for £3.50 at Sainsbury's but they seemed happy enough to serve them for £13. I had a chicken makhani which again was clearly a microwave meal with greasy oil dripping poppadoms. The kids chips must have been left over from lunch. You know it's bad by how quick the food comes out after ordering which was about 5 mins. Will never go back.

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and was pleased to see some changes in the restaurant/bar area since my previous visit. However, after my recent visit, I will not be returning. I was informed that the manager had either been fired or had left. The restaurant experience was terrible – we waited 2 hours for our food, which arrived cold and missing items. Additionally, we interacted with a particular staff member (whose name I did not catch) who I believe was the reception manager, and he had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. He was unhelpful and displayed a very aggressive demeanor towards myself and my 65-year-old mother. This individual should not be employed in this establishment. Furthermore, hearing him speak negatively about others behind the reception desk was highly unprofessional. It is imperative that the restaurant management be reassessed and improved.
