The Coinage Hall, Jd Wetherspoon

We waited hour for breakfast’s when they arrived they were barely warm and the toast was only browned on one side.

It is a JDW so you know exactly what you are getting! Burger,and curry, two good pints, By Cornwalls current eating out costs this is a bargain. Not somewhere to go for a culinary experience but just to fill you up with reasonable quality...food.

Could not book so just turned up Plenty of seats Told half hour wait for food and drinks No pizzas beefburgers quinoa salad or panini's Trouble with deliveries Ordered on the app Lovely food ordered curry two grills and ham egg and chips Also short...staffed still worth the wait

We were disappointed with the Coinage Hall. Whilst staying in Helston we visited here twice. On the first occasion we had a burger each which was fine, however, my onion ring side was cold as soon as it arrived to the table. On the second...occasion I had the Chicken Jalfrezi which was terrible. I have had this dish from elsewhere and it has been fine. I found the chicken to be very tough, the rice to be overcooked, the popadom to be burnt and the garlic and coriander naan bread not cooked properly as it was still covered in garlic butter. We tend to use Wetherspoon a lot as it is quick, easy and we know what to expect, however, the Coinage Hall is worse than the average Wetherspoon. We will not be returning.

The employees are all gross, especially brady, what a legendary one. And also lucy what a shady. bring back the American style pancakes!
