Tai-sing Takeaway

Tai Sing is a true gem. I have been using it for 50 years. They have the best special fried rice I have ever found. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Little tweaks like no onion or an extra dish for a £1 are always welcomed. Thanks Tai Sing for amazing sevice.

I should of been suspicious when takeaway was empty and my order came in 5 minutes this was extremely poor quality we couldn’t even eat it , the yeung chow rice was stodgy and had big strips of cheap ham in it and chewy chunks of pork no flavour atall , the beef chow mein was the worst we have eaten tasteless with chewy poor quality beef the type you buy pre cooked from budget shops and the noodles were a tidy as had been over cooked or re heated , the crispy beef should be re named soggy beef from here it was tasteless chewy stodgy beef obviously not freshly fried , the coating had too much cornflour so was like stodgy cake instead of a thin batter , chips were undercooked and anemic and the curry sauce was oily and tasteless I always give an honest review and support local businesses however in this case I cannot it was tasteless poor quality and slapped together the prices do not reflect the low grade quality I would not recommend or use again worst Chinese we have ever purchased really disappointed

First time using. We were unsure as reviews weren't great, however we phoned and the lady who answered was so helpful taking our order and helped my daughter find a chicken dish with no nuts; even asking other colleagues for advice. Food was ready on time and was super. Definitely would recommend.

After trying all the newquay chinese takeaways we have found this to be the best one. Good value, very tasty and normally very quick (collection, not sure about deliverys Crispy beef is probably the best I've had :
