Best Mexican restaurant we've been to in a long while . Good food,good prices,excellent cocktails. Staff really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

There were not many options to choose from, but the food we ordered was very enjoyable. It's rare to come across a Mexican restaurant that makes a good margarita! The service could have been improved.

I look forwarding to coming to Newquay every year just for Senor Dicks. Best food ever and great portions.

I believe that the 5-star "excellent" reviews must have been written by noisy young people who seem to enjoy this place. My experience with the chicken fajitas was disappointing - consisting of 5 small, soggy tortillas, liquid avocado, diced tomatoes, and watery sour cream. The chicken was bland and served on a warm skillet with soggy green peppers, onions, and, surprisingly, mushrooms. There was no seasoning or flavor, making it taste more like a budget chicken stew. My wife ordered a chili dish served in a strange tasting crispy tortilla bowl, with chewy steak chunks and uninspired sauce. After adding a bottle of Desperado and a bottle of ginger beer, the total came to over £40. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Accommodated us even though we hadn’t booked and were a chef down ! Lovely welcome. The food was top of the range and all the meals we saw were outstanding. Highly recommended if you’re in Newquay!
