My drink was poorly made and not enjoyable at all, making it feel like a waste of money. I had planned on ordering breakfast, but opted for a donut instead, anticipating a lengthy wait. I noticed that the other customers behind me were also visibly upset.
Be cautious, as they tend to leave out the bacon. This has happened to me twice now. I ordered a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, hit the road, and discovered it only had egg and cheese. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the staff or the system they use, but please, don’t forget the bacon!
I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee, and when I asked for a refund due to the long wait, the employee refused and yelled at me. It was frustrating to see him serve car after car in the drive-thru while I was left waiting. He was the only one working, which made the situation even more disappointing.
It's your typical Tim's experience. The drive-thru staff are friendly, and your order comes out fairly quickly. However, I've been let down that they never have Apple Fritters available when I visit. It's not a major issue, but it's the reason they only earned 4 stars.
I visit this Tim Hortons daily, usually 5 or 6 times a week. Unfortunately, they've consistently gotten my single coffee order wrong. I’m okay with going inside to correct it, but I do have some concerns. One of the staff members at the drive-thru has dirty black nails, which is quite unappealing and raises sanitation concerns, especially since she handles food and drinks without wearing gloves. I strongly recommend that management address this issue. If it’s not resolved, I may need to reach out to the health board.
