McDonald's - Cornwall

I ordered the Big Mac with bacon, but it was not included in my meal when it arrived 10 minutes later. How can I try something new if my order isn't correct? The food was handed to me at the drive-thru, but no apology or offer to fix the mistake was made. This has happened a few times now and I am starting to lose patience. I used to visit this restaurant three or four times a week, but now I think it's time to find better service at a different restaurant, even if it means spending more money on gas.

I had a breakfast coupon for 4 people and asked how much it would cost to replace the coffee with orange juice. The price was too high, so despite being only three people wanting 2 coffee and 1 orange juice later, I decided to leave and go to Burger King instead. Burger King allows for coffee replacements without extra charges. My advice to the restaurant is to be more flexible with customers like Burger King, rather than being so rigid with coupon policies. It is not wise to make your customers feel unsatisfied and underappreciated.

I placed an order at the McDonald's on Brookdale in Cornwall about 3 weeks ago. When I got home, I noticed that my daughter's Mcnuggets were missing. I called and informed them about the mistake. The McDonald's staff member said they would send me a voucher, but it has been three weeks and I still have not received anything in the mail. This level of service is disappointing.

After we have seen the TV deaths for the Habanero Chicken Sandwich and are spicy food lovers, we decided to try one. The sandwich was nicely spiced, but far overpriced at $15 and change for two.

Stopped here about 2pm on a week day, drive thru had a long line and I know why. It took forever to get through. Sorry will go somewhere else next time I am in town.
