Domino's Pizza - Corning

Got a messed up order about 2 weeks ago. We are all human and make mistakes. What sets them apart is they own up to it and make it right!!! That’s great customer service!!!

The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pizzas were delicious, and we enjoyed dining on the patio. A kind gentleman personally brought our pizzas to us when they were ready. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We've been ordering from this restaurant for the past few years, and they have a fantastic team. Our experiences have consistently been positive. In the rare instances when our order has been incorrect—twice in four years, mainly due to our unconventional requests—the team has promptly responded and provided a replacement. They are always friendly and approachable. We often ask them to label the unique pizzas, as it's not always easy to distinguish them just by sight. They always comply, but our favorite label, which still makes us laugh, can be seen in the pictures! That was a few years ago, but we still find it amusing.

This was my first time ordering from Domino's, and while the server was very friendly, I unfortunately had some issues with the food. The sauce on the pizza didn't taste good, and the wings I ordered were incredibly small. Overall, it wasn't a great experience for a first-time customer.
