Tim Hortons - Corner Brook

I enjoy the chili at this restaurant, but I wish they would include the full portion of bungalow with the order, especially since it is very inexpensive. I ordered chili and received a small, hard piece of bungalow. I don't appreciate the extra charge to get the full bungalow portion. The employees are generally friendly, with Phyllis standing out for her good sense of humor. Cheers, J.

This restaurant, located on a hill, was not up to par last month. The staff lacks training, the establishment is often dirty, and service is painfully slow and delayed. It typically takes 15-20 minutes to receive counter service, even when the restaurant is not busy.

The food at this restaurant is both piping hot and delicious. I ordered the chicken combo with soup and found it to be very enjoyable. The service was pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to others, as it has a welcoming atmosphere.

There is nothing for people who are gluten-free.. bad customer service, waiting time was so slow.... there was no place to put dirty dishes. Tops of the garbage containers were stacked high. Washrooms were terrible.

This Tim`s is in a rather sketchy area of town, and there are several youngsters hanging around outside at all hours. The management has resorted to blaring oldies music outside, so the entire parking lot of the mall has musical accompaniment, but it doesn't seem...to have dissuaded the loiterers in front of the door, and smoking and drinking around the side of the Tim's. Sad that nothing is being done. The restaurant was empty when I was there.
