Bidrage med feedbackGreat food, bad service. i mobile ordered 2 different orders under the same account and went down to pick it up. i told the lady at the counter that i had a mobile order and i saw that it was in the warmer and she just replied with “we’re busy and understaffed right now so you’re gonna have to wait.” so i then waited 20 minutes for her to finally pass it to me. i then had to wait for my second order which was not ready. i waited an additional 10-15 for the second order so i told them that was what i was waiting for. the lady then rudely said “well that’s why it’s taking so long, you have them both under the same name. next time put them under different names”. the two orders were completely different, yet she blamed me for them not having it ready because they were both under one name. very unprofessional service. they obviously only looked at the name and not the order. when i got my 2 orders i then seen that they forgot the sauce i ordered and didn’t give me any napkins.
I had a takeout order, and was given an incorrect order. Didn’t notice until I got home. Anyway, I tried calling the restaurant a few times that night, once each day for the next couple days, but the phone was off the hook. Never got my food replaced ?Kinda bad service tbh
Food has become mediocre from the past. Sad actually. It's just okay. They really gotta step up there game agian to compete with KFC. It's like they swapped places with KFC. I finds KFC way better these days.
Appalled by terribly rude staff. The lady in the kitchen, which I assumed was the manager, rejected ours, and many other, orders when it got busy. We were in store waiting for our online order and they didn't tell us it was rejected. 30 minutes later, we were informed it was rejected. When asked why, she told us if we wanted to argue, then go somewhere else. We didn't want to argue, we wanted to get our order and understand why it was canceled. We left. I, and members of my family for whom the order was for, will certainly never visit Mary Browns again. I submitted a formal and detailed complaint on the website. Currently awaiting response.
As a longtime user of the MB app, I'm disgusted by the fact an online order made two hours prior to desired pickup is 20 minutes late. Zero excuses. At least KFC has a drivethru.
