Port City Club - Cornelius

We had a fantastic experience at Port City Club for brunch. While none of us chose items from the brunch menu, everything we ordered was delicious! If you’re thinking about appetizers, you absolutely have to try the DB bacon slab (as shown in the picture); it's incredibly tasty and entertaining, as they torch the bacon right in front of you. The location by the lake is lovely, and on a Sunday, we didn’t have to wait for an outdoor table. Our server, Cassius, was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations. We will definitely be returning!

The food, cocktails, service atmosphere were all great. You have a view of the water from so many spots in the restaurant. Our server was very polite and attentive. I really liked the burger!

We loved it!! I reserved table through open table and it's awesome to be able to do that!! We love all the updates from food to outdoor patio! It's coming together very nice!! I ordered Lobster shrimp roll and I have to say that it's 100 times better from what it was before!! My husband ordered Pork chop and also was enjoying it!! Over all we love it!! We definitely will be coming back and we can't wait to see the updates on outdoor patio

We had a lovely and relaxing lunch by the lake. I tried the fish tacos, which were absolutely delicious and served in generous portions. We also noticed that the table next to us ordered cheese sticks, which looked oversized and fun—we'll definitely indulge in those next time! There was a bridal shower happening, and it seems like a fantastic venue for special events. The restaurant is spacious and offers a variety of seating options both indoors and outdoors.

The food is good, and there's a lovely view of the lake. The average age of the patrons seems to be around 52, so the atmosphere isn't very lively. I really enjoyed the lobster ravioli and tuna tacos.
