I just wanted to say I came around 5:30 and ordered 6 chicken pen pen pen pen pen pen pens board two grilled chicken sandwiches and from all Zaxbys I also this was the best and freshly cooked food it was amazing thanks for all who work that shift today you did amazingly

I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 club sandwiches, NO sauce. I got home and had to throw them in the garbage. Then go somewhere else and get something else. Please respond when you have competent employees.

I have no seasoning on my fries I always order a side of fry seasoning however recently they have been very forgetful with handing you out any of the sauces you ask for or seasoning you ask for or they are giving you the wrong one I asked for hot honey mustard one time and was given Zack sauce

If I could give this place a -5 STAR I would I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a signature chicken sandwich now I do eat at zaxbys on a regular bases so I figured ok these people know what to put on the order, I get home and this sandwich was fried with a sauce that was spicy, this sandwich wasn 't for me I like spicey food red flag fried vs. Grilled so I called this location: a female answered so I asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out she was the manager when I told her what had happened she wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there to her. Giving the time I informed her I couldn 't make it there before they closed and ask what are we to do about this, no doubt o used a foul word and was asked not to. But when the district manager ms. Scotland told me she would remake my sandwich, knowing I couldn 't pick it up in 8 min told me she would remake it and leave it on the counter for me to pick up in the morning lolz then hung up on me. So I called back and young man a.j. answered this time so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she just left the store so I told him ill speak with his general manager in the morning. At this point I wanted the managers name and asked for it and Mr. A.J. informed me that her name was Scotland and she was the district manager. So my lady called the next day and mr. AJ answered the phone and said since they had cuss words used at them they was not replacing the order. This location lied to me and sold me this for a grilled chicken sandwich.

This zaxby?s is chefs kiss. We had a mobile curbside order at 6:28pm on February 21. Whoever answered the phone was very nice! And the man who brought our food out to the car was so friendly! I didn?t catch his name, but he was tall had curly dirty blondeish hair. He was SO nice!! The best service ever. They never mess up our food and they are friendly no matter what. The BEST restaurant around. No doubt.
