The drive thru is horrible!!!! Come on its 2024!!!!

If they were as concerned with getting you your sauce as they are charging 28 cents (56 this time) extra on my $60 order for one more dip maybe then yall would remember to actually give the sauce to the customer

Such a nice visit to Zaxby's! Patricia is so helpful. We were visiting with my family from out of town and she made it more special. She asked her manager if there was any souvenir type goodie to give my cousin. They surprised us when we picked up our food. He was so excited! The food was great and the service superb, and clean too.

Bought the Cobb Chicken salad. Everything in the salad was very fresh, no wilted lettuce etc. Staff was very friendly and food was prepared in a timely manner

It’s not Chick-fil-A. That automatically gives it a couple of stars.
