Tequila Jacks - Cork

Couldn't really get through their public wifi (just so I dont have to use up my mobile data) but place, food, ambiance is perfect!

Loved it there. Food, drinks, service, everything was excellent!

Had a booking for 7.45, we didn 't get our tables until 8.05. Booked specifically for the rugby match, and included in the special requests that I want to be able to see the match. Missed the first 5 minutes sitting at the bar because our table wasn 't ready until 8.05, and when we were shown to our table, it was the only table in the entire restaurant without a proper view of the match. The tv within view was hidden by a chandelier. The manager said we can move but we 'd be waiting, and we had already waited for ages, so we sucked it up. The food was good as usual, but the fact that nothing was done about either the late sitting or the ignoring of my special request left a bitter taste. Not even a 'first drink at the bar is on us because of the hassle '. Don 't know when or if I 'll be returning.

Nice atmosphere, great staff and service. Food looked amazing but was standard fare. Maybe my expectations were too high. Overall a pleasant experience.

Reserved a dome, was a lot of fun. My first time to TJ. The food was quite good.
