Phoenix House - Cork

I ordered 28 euros worth of food from this restaurant, but it never arrived. Despite calling multiple times, I received no response. They said they tried calling me, but I didn't receive any calls. When I finally reached them the next day to ask about my order and request a refund, they were rude and wouldn't let me explain. They claimed they attempted delivery and I didn't answer, even though I was waiting for the order. The app also didn't show that the order was on its way. In the end, they wouldn't give me a refund.

This restaurant review is extremely negative. The special chowmein was burnt and overly salty, with too many onions and fake, unnaturally tender chicken. The pork fried rice was even worse. Overall, it was the most disgusting Chinese food the reviewer has ever eaten. They suggest that the cooks could benefit from some cooking lessons.

Partner ordered chicken curry no veg,he 's allergic to peas and onions, curry came full of veg we picked out the chicken and it was stale and hard,I got the seafood in cream sauce the seafood is the cheal seafood sticks from the likes of aldi and a load of mushrooms...absolutely disgusting avoid all costs

Do not order online! We waited 3+ hours for our food and called them twice. We were very hungry and needed to cook a frozen Pizza instead. :
