Mcdonald's - Cork

Busy places in town centre. Ok. But check your orders. they are often wrong

I ordered a medium fries and a McFlurry, which took about 4 minutes to receive. The ice cream was delicious, but the fries were not hot and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. I understand that this particular McDonald's location is usually very busy and understaffed. Additionally, only paying customers are allowed inside the restaurant. My friends were not allowed inside because they had already purchased food elsewhere, even though our group was upstairs. We also witnessed another group being asked to leave for not buying anything. Another issue was that some of the self-serve ordering machines were out of order, and one of them had a broken receipt printer. Overall, the experience was okay, but the wait times were long, the food was average, and the restaurant was quite busy.

I stopped by for a cheeseburger for my daughter and had to wait 25 minutes, which was longer than I would have expected at lunchtime. However, she didn't seem to mind. Other than the wait, everything else was great.

The place is affordable and perfect for unwinding with a delicious cup of coffee or tea.

I wouldn't choose this restaurant as my first option due to its convenience and affordability, but the atmosphere inside reflects the same lack of quality. The clientele appears disorganized, which is understandable given its location in the center of Cork City. The restaurant has undergone significant changes, but it still falls short in several areas.
