Mike's Bakery - Corinth

Everything looks great! Just didn?t get acknowledged by staff. Two other customers and I walked out after 5 minutes of waiting. Person behind the counter on the phone the whole time. At least two other people in back talking to each other, one of themlooked at us several times but didn?t offer assistance.

For $3/cupcake they were pretty small. Ordered the red velvet which was dry and cold. It tasted more like a grocery store cup cake than a fresh bakery. I was very disappointed.

The cheese danish was the absolute best pastry I?ve ever had! My husband had the crumb cake, and it was fantastic. The best of all was the strawberry cheesecake I got for my dad?s 80th- can?t believe we have a treasure like this here!

Mikes Bakery is delicious! I love their strawberry cheesecake. Seriously the best cheesecake i?ve ever had!! All of their staff are very helpful and kind! Highly recommend.

We have frequented Mike's since they opened and are always impressed! Cookies, cannoli, cupcakes, pecan pie.... its all excellent! This last week it was the most magnificent of them all.....a coconut cream birthday pie. The best I have ever tasted.Thank you Mike, we appreciate your culinary skills!!
