Chipotle Mexican Grill - Corinth

I?ve been to this place when it first opened and it had so many problems. Just thought I would try it again tonight and it?s still the worst Chipotle I?ve been to. I ordered a rice bowl and she was scraping the edges trying to get enough rice and was only 2/3 a normal serving, then the same with steak but it was like 6 little pieces (you know all the little stuff that falls to the bottom) and then I saw they were out of veggies? I just walked off half through my order. They need a manager to work the dinner shift and they have one they need to be replaced. Go to the loop 288 one it?s much more consistent.

We walked in at 7:37 pm made our order and wanted to get 2 bags of chips and the manager said he couldn't sell us the chips because they were for ?pre-order? where they have had enough of them! We were inside ordering, I have been eating Chipotle for over 15 years and never heard such a bad excuse.

The app worked great. The problem was with the employee that took the time to tell me my order would run 10 minutes late even though there were no other customers or large orders. When I suggested they just make the order he served me half the order volume the gristle off the chopping board instead of cut steak. My order was at 3:20 pm on 8/8/22. Corinth Texas.

We ordered for pickup and arrived at the selected time. We went into yhe drive through lane and there were only two vehicles ahead of us. The first vehicle in line left almost immediately. However, we waited for over 17 minutes behind the second vehicle before I pulled out of line and went inside. I did not receive any apology or explanation and when we got the food home we found a number of things wrong with the order. I am only giving them 1 star because I can't give zero. The food, despite the order being messed up, was mostly good. The exception was the chips, some of which seemed to have not been drained properly, making them rubbery, and they were far too salty, which is something unusual for me to say. Chips are one of the few things I load up with salt. This is the first time we've had a wait like this, but not the first time our order has been messed up. In fairness to Chipotle, getting orders wrong seems to be a common problem with fast food establishments. It is almost a rarity to get one done correctly anymore.

It was dinner time and the line was to the door. It seemed like they had a bunch of 16 year old new hires running the line. There was a lady doing temp check if the food which is great, but she continued to get in way and was cross contaminating the food by nit properly cleaning the probe. When she used her fingers to get the lettus off the probe is when I said something. There was no leadership on the line. This whole time the manager was sitting in the dinning room conducting some sort of interview. 5:30 pm is not the time for management to be doing this. The cashier seemed not to be able to count money and customers were telling her what change should be given. Over all the food was great. Service needs improvement.
