Hidden away down a side street off the small quiet Piazza san Nicola, there are some fairy lights around a doorway, and quirkily strung across the alleyway entwined through some white laundry! This is were the magic begins! Inside you will be met by the magicians themselves and shown to your whiten linen dressed table in the gorgeously styled restaurant. And then there is the food! Delicious, tasty and beautifully presented. We had mussels gratin and octopus to start, followed by slow cooked belly of pork and gorgeous melt in the mouth tuna. If you are visiting the Greci towns of South Puglia, you should definitely come to Corigliano d’Otranto for the great castel and dinner here.

Nice place, bad service, standard food, acid wine all for very high price... Not recommended, you can eat much better in zone.

Un percorso di aromi e sapori che stupisce il palato e la mente. sapori decisivi, abbinamenti mai scontati con materie prime semplici ma di qualità. personale cortese e attento, bella posizione. La cena a Sinodìa è un piacere che consiglio di vivere!

Ristorante nel centro storico del paese, cucina veramente ottima orientata verso un menu di pesce, ma si possono anche trovare altre opzioni. camerieri gentili e preparati, serata rilassante. raccomandato.
