Bidrage med feedbackThis special sonic is a hit and miss. sometimes this is really long waiting for a short order and sometimes it is a bit faster. many paints they seem to get my order wrong, although I order pretty standard menu items.
I think Sonic is an excellent go to for when you want a good burger and fries. But this morning, I was appalled by my burrito Order #432864. I said light egg, and all it had WAS EGG!. No Sausage, No bacon, No cheese..just sauce(which is fire btw) and EGG. Please be sure to check the order before preparing or taking out to customer. Thank you
I have to say that the service at this particular sonic has gotten worse over the last year or two. My last visit the screens were not working. I had to hit the red button to place my order multiple times. Whoever was taking my order asked me to repeat it several times and then never acknowledged that they had my order. I tried to pay for it, but was unable to do so because of the broken screen. The young lady who brought the food to me had to take it to another position and swipe my card. I got home and the hotdog was cold. The only thing they got right were the cheddar peppers. I think I’m finished with sonic. Whataburger is going in soon, I think that will be my new spot for burgers and such. Definitely not impressed once again.
Wow, I understand that I got there 30 minutes before closing but everything in my bag was cold and that was not a bacon double cheese burger...
Went to Sonic to enjoy half price Tuesday and realized I needed to order in the app. App continued to tell me that credit card was invalid. Added another card, same message. The person taking the orders told me that he could not override this issue or help me with the app. I left with my craving for a juicy burger unsatisfied. Help Sonic with your app.
