Ihop - Cordova

The food was excellent, but the service was slow. Several other tables needed to be cleaned, and the wait time was longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Additionally, the temperature inside was too cold.

My macaroni and broccoli was served cold, so they brought me another serving, but it was still frozen. However, the manager took care of it, and the third attempt was hot and delicious. Both the manager and the waitress were very sweet and friendly; it seemed like they could use more staff to help out. I still gave them four stars because they genuinely cared and made an effort to resolve the issue. The people working here are really nice, so I encourage giving them a chance. Many restaurant employees might have reacted differently, becoming upset or angry. Despite the initial food issues, the positive atmosphere and attitudes made the experience enjoyable for me.

The waitress was fantastic, although I can't remember her name. It's been a while since I dined here, but the service is still excellent. I was surprised to see that it wasn't very crowded, which was great for me since there was no line. I recorded a video of my food, but unfortunately, I can't post videos here.

Clean. Everyone waa socially distant and wearing masks. Food was fresh and our server was polite. Enjoy eating here.
