Chick-fil-a - Cordova

As yogi berra said, it is no one there, it is always too crowded memphis is the only place I have been that people are ready to get to the carbahn to get a Chick-fil-A sandwich. if I lived somewhere else, I can give them 5 but the people are simply brainwashed here, it seems good for them. Came here for a late lunch last week and it was as expected. They have a great system down pack that allows for you to order, pay, and pick up food (drive thru). I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich w/no cheese, Large Fry, and Regular Lemonade. Everything was in the bag as I pulled off (I made sure to check) but the food was lukewarm. I had to reheat the fries and chicken once I made it home. I totally get they’re wanting to move the line and not have long wait times but I would be more appreciative of hot food when I receive it. The customer service is amazing but the food was lacking.

Chick fil a is every where. It is cheep and easy to get. It is also awesome for children, or if we are busy. They have amazing employees that provide great service. One problem is that the chicken is not Halal and they have pork.

Both of my lemonades were full of pulp to the point where we couldn’t drink them. The food was cold, the fries were old and soggy. manager said “she will see what she can do”

This was just a horrible experience I waited over 12 minutes for large fry and macaroni they asked me to drive up and wait while everyone was getting full orders. I said no I'm not gonna pull up I'm just waiting on fries and macaroni what is taking so long. I heard the manager tell someone to tell me that I can go if I want to but my macaroni was ready. I ask for my refund and would happily leave. Then asked the manager excuse me but please speak with me if you need something because I did ask for a refund. She repeated that my macaroni was ready but waiting on my fries. I told her that I have seen several fry orders go out and they have served 8 orders behind me with fries. She proceeded to say they were medium fries not large fries. I told her that didn't even make any sense. She then gave me my order after waiting for 18 minutes for fries and macaroni it was awful!
