Cedars - Cordova

This restaurant is amazingly delicious! The gyro meat, falafel, and more were incredibly tasty, and the potatoes were unlike any I've had before. The garlic sauce on them was just right, and the rice had a great hint of lemon. We stumbled upon this place while searching for restaurants nearby, and since we enjoy Mediterranean/Lebanese cuisine, we decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad we did. You should definitely try it yourself!

Food is really good. It reminds us of a restaurant we loved before it closed. We had the gyro plate with pickles, hummus/pita, salad, rice, sliced meat with tzaziki sauce, seasoned potatoes with garlic sauce. There was food left on the plate when we were finished. We will be going back to this restaurant.

I was craving shawarma and decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was casual. The plates were very large but delicious, essentially providing two meals in one. The chicken shawarma was tasty and the hummus was smooth and creamy. The garlic potatoes were flavorful, although I would have preferred them to be warm instead of cold. The salad and side items completed the meal nicely. Many people were ordering catering-sized dishes, which seemed like a great option. There were other tempting menu items as well. Overall, I had a satisfying meal at Cedars and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes available. Don't let the name deceive you - there's more than just shawarma on offer here.

I may be a bit traditional, but I firmly believe that when someone or a family chooses to spend their hard-earned money at a restaurant, they should leave with satisfied bellies and hearts. And that's exactly what we experience every time we dine at Cedars. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food tastes fresh and homemade. We absolutely adore this place!
