My wife and I had a very good meal. We started with the fried Calamari and shrimp. Excellent. Very fresh, very delicate, with exactly the right amount of dough to make the seafood shine. We also shared a Caesar salad. This was a great disappointment: much too much dressing so that the devastated salad was all but lost in the gorge of insipid cream sauce; the chicken was overcooked, not fresh, and was as chewing as shoe leather; and the parmesan was of inferior quality, more like plastic chips than cheese. (Unfortunately there are some things that are difficult to find in even the best restaurants in Córdoba. One of these things is a decent salad. Another good parmesan cheese. It's just too expensive. But in the few restaurants in the city that clearly strive for the top, little things like the plastic art of Parmesan really undercut their efforts. For the net we had osso bucco and pasta with tomato sauce. Both were excellent, and it is based on these two dishes that we would certainly return. The dessert, Tiramisu, was good, but nothing special. We ordered one of the recommended wines. It was good, but we felt a little like the citizens of the second class when we noticed that the bottle had been decanted at the next table for the customers there, while our simply had been spotted on the table. The wine was of sufficiently high quality, which I think would have benefited from aeration. The restaurant is very nice. Excellent decor, space use. Magnificent wine fridge. Our server was attentive and professional.

I've been a while since I had Italian good. The food and presentation was excellent, the waiter was very good and an excellent selection of wines. Very recommended
Muy buena la variedad, el plato qué nos sorprendió fue el Risotto al pesto. Riquísimo, balanceado, sutil. Volvería!
