La Salmoreteca - Córdoba

I have been in this place by visiting the food market Victoria I ate really well, the famous Salmorejo (a cold soup similar to gatzpacho), is proposed in various versions, I was very surprised by the black one Also the delicious jamon tapas .... in the city are more 'cheap seats, but the market is worth a visit from an architectural and historical point of view .... We were attracted to the Salmoreteca after learning that chef Juanjo Ruiz had closed its Salmorejeria a restaurant we visited in Córdoba back in 2012 to start this project in the new Mercado Victoria, a nice street food joint well liked by locals. Although only a corner within the market, Salmoreteca is able to offer a reasonably wide range of alternative Salmorejo recipes, along with the more traditional ones, proposing some interesting twists on the traditional Cordobese dish. Along with it they offer fresh tortillas four recipes available each day and the ever present tinto de verano. Overall a simple yet very interesting combination, its only flaw being the prices which are slightly more expensive than what you 'd expect from it, considering it 's a kiosk within a market and it 's supposedly aimed at locals, not tourists.

Try this before anything else in the market. The best option is the tasting plate of be different salmoreja. Think vegetable puree and you will not be far off. The staff are very helpful and explained everything in English. The dishes are topped with chopped hardboiled egg and chopped Iberian ham on the basic tomato dish, ranging to foam and various cream toppings. Their sangria is a must made with whatever spirit you choose. They also do a lovely range of tortilla and they also sell eggs!

Excelente lugar para comer: la variedad que se ofrece para invitarte a pasar mucho tiempo con deliciosa comida y cerveza y/o vinos y bebidas para disfrutar. lugar impermisible en córdoba, que es una hermosa ciudad, se puede encontrar caminando y con muy cómodo tenis. un hotel indispensable en el casco antiguo, con suerte alrededor de la mezquita-catedral.

Un lugar increíble para comer o comer. donde se puede encontrar japonés, español, árabe, mariscos, y luego también beber buenos vinos, cerveza etc. y también puede ser un buen lugar para la fiesta. Es un lugar espacioso donde se encuentra un lugar perfecto para sentarse y comer. con buena limpieza y buen ambiente, tiene televisores a lo largo del recinto donde se puede ver fútbol.
