Mcdonald's - Coralville

Pretty bad McDonald's. Food quality is not up to par with most other locations. Staff are never helpful. I had a couple times where they took my mobile coupon but had to restart the order (meaning the coupon was used and the app makes you wait 15 minutes to use again). Food doesn't taste right. I've tried this location a few times as it's the closest one. In the future, I'll opt for other options or go out of the way to the riverside location. You should do the same.

People working the drive through are sweet, but are characters (nothing wrong with that ofc) food was decently fresh, especially the nugs the food workers can’t read though cause in the receipt it clearly said honey but they gave us honey mustard packets they also didn’t give us one of the fries that we ordered the sweet tea looked like **** and all I tasted was straight sugar

0 people in the lobby. Took 15+ minutes to serve 4 cars. Pathetic lmao. Each person spent 5+ minutes at the

Sloooooooow. We got skipped 3 times!! Guy bring out the food didn’t know what he was doing.

About what I come to expect from a McDonald's. Not the greatest, but not the worst.
