The driver was on time. The restaurant did not prepare the full order and forgot multiple things

The wings were amazing! I tried the honey chipotle, garlic parmesan, and apple BBQ flavors, all of which were fantastic. The fries were my favorite and the only downside was that the delivery box didn't have a divider, so the fries ended up with a little sauce on them too.

I placed an order through the IJT website, but the delivery was delayed by an hour by the Doordash driver, who claimed to be waiting for more orders. I asked to cancel the order as I didn't want the food sitting for so long, but I didn't receive any response after giving them my name. Thirty minutes later, the order was marked as delivered, but there was no sign of it anywhere. I couldn't find a contact number for IJT on their website, so I reached out to Doordash, who said IJT needs to issue a refund. I contacted the Chili's restaurant where IJT operates out of, and the manager confirmed the order but said that Doordash owns IJT and they are responsible for the refund. After getting a number for Doordash, I spoke to a representative who promised to send a refund request to IJT and email me the reference information. However, the email I received essentially said they couldn't reach IJT and provided me with their number, leaving me to deal with the issue through my bank. Avoid the hassle and order from somewhere else!

This place does not exist. You 're buying fried bar food from Chili 's. It both tastes like and travels as such. I hadn 't realized the scam until it was too late. The wings were dry and the hot sauces were about as spicy as ketchup. The fries were cold and soggy. They were at least giving on ranch despite forgetting the sauces I actually paid extra for.

I wish the fries were crispier and hotter, but the chicken was fantastic.
