Dunkin' - Coralville

My boyfriend and I usually visit this Dunkin' without any problems, but this time our experience was unusual. They asked if we wanted cream and sugar in our coffees (we had ordered a large iced French Vanilla Latte), which was strange because we’ve never been asked that before. My boyfriend agreed since he wasn't sure if our previous orders typically included cream and sugar. When he returned with our drinks, I tasted mine and it was overwhelmingly sweet; when I looked at the bottom of the cup, there was literally a half-inch layer of sugar!

My coffee is consistently perfect every time I visit this store. The staff is the best and always knows how to prepare coffee just right. This place is incredible; I'm at a loss for words because it leaves me speechless. I absolutely love it here!

This location is always a joy to visit. My orders are consistently correct, the service is quick, and the staff are kind, friendly, and patient. I absolutely love it!

If you want to get a latte with the expresso on the bottom and milk on the top not mixed at all. Come here. Your lucky if they even get your order right because there is this one person the always with out fails screws everyone?s order up

The staff allowed me to come in before opening hours to pick up my repair before I started my holiday work! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Thank you!
